Our story
Born from a real problem in Asian education
ESL WAVE began in Korea, where our founder experienced firsthand how difficult it could be for schools and academies to find English teachers — while teachers faced an equally difficult challenge of finding the right opportunities.
We created ESL WAVE to make that process simpler.
ESL WAVE is a direct connection platform where employers can share teaching opportunities and teachers can discover and apply for positions across Asia. No complicated process. No placement fees for teachers. Just a simpler way to connect.
Today, ESL WAVE connects teachers with schools, academies, and recruiting agencies across Korea, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, with more opportunities and destinations being added as our network grows.
